Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage relationships with Individuals, HR Directors, and Business Owners

  • Meet with and educate Business Owners and HR Directors to determine which solutions best fit their needs and the needs of their business and staff.

  • Goal-oriented, determined, and driven to succeed with a coachable mentality

  • Desire to work with a leading company, maintaining high brand awareness with excellent marketing support

  • Ability to develop relationships through networking and community involvement such as events, luncheons, etc...

  • Articulate, self-motivated individual with strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for helping others and making a difference

  • Vibrant personality and professional presence while working with integrity and reliability

  • Learn how to pitch and sell our services to gain business

  • Prior sales experience is Required, but not necessary for your success in the position.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, Exceptional communications skills, including public speaking. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail to be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
