Job Description:

The Social Media Content Coordinator is responsible for driving brand engagement, brand awareness, and brand acquisition for Anthropologie and BHLDN on its organic social channels.


Within this role, we’re seeking a candidate who will champion and celebrate brand creativity and has a passion for social publishing, project management, and scheduling. The role is responsible for executing the Social Media Editorial Calendar on a weekly basis across BHLDN’s and Anthropologie’s organic social channels, in addition to the responsibilities highlighted below.


You will be an integral part of the Social Media team working and partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as Copy, Design, Merchandising, and Brand to ensure product and message are aligned, with timely, and relevant deployment.



Qualifications:

  • +1 year(s) working in a social media role for a brand or agency.

  • A positive and high-energy individual

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Experience publishing content on major social platforms.

  • Strong copywriting and proofing skills.

  • Ability to adapt writing tone and style to fit different social platforms and audiences.

  • Attention to detail and proven time management and organization skills.

  • Extremely well organized, methodical, and efficient.

  • Good product knowledge of channel appropriate trends

  • Strong knowledge of bridal competitors and ability to analyze trends to identify opportunities to set the brand apart

  • Innovative and excited to bring ideas to the table

  • Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong vision and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Awareness of developments and trends in social media and the bridal space

  • Analytical approach to social channels understanding the importance of balancing brand-building with conversion and customer insights

  • Team player and collaborator who maintains composure in high-pressure and fast-paced situations

  • High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
